Corrugated Roof Sheet Making Machinery

This kind of roll forming machine is used to produce different kind of cover width and thickness range corrugated roof sheet. Whatever the PPGI, PPGL or GI material can be used on this machine, the machine forming process is precise and working condition is stable. Especially the forming rollers, it can be used to form profile more than 10 years and it has not any damage, which the forming process is under correct operation condition.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

1. Raw material:

1.1 Suitable raw material of machine: PPGI, PPGL, GI and CR steel

1.2 Suitable raw material thickness range: 0.3~0.5mm, 0.4~0.8mm, 0.8~1.2mm

1.3 Suitable raw material yield strength: 235~550Mpa

1.4 Raw material coil width: 914mm, 1000mm, 1219mm and 1250mm

2. Forming roller material: 45# steel (when raw material yield strength is smaller than 350Mpa)

Cr12 (when raw material yield strength is bigger than 350Mpa)

3.Forming shaft material: 40Cr

4.Cutter blade material: Cr12MoV

5.Machine working efficiency: 15~20m/min

6.Deliver time: 60 days (lower yield strength material roll former–≤350Mpa)

80~90 days (higher yield strength material roll former—350Mpa≤strength≤550Mpa)

7.Payment item: 30% contract price is paid to seller when both parties signs the formal contract file;

70% contract price is paid too seller before shipping time.
