Actual working speed: 10~15m/min (common mode); 15~25m/min (fast speed mode). Each piece final products length tolerance: ±2.0mm (common control system); ±1.0mm (precise control system). Roll forming line power source: 380V/50Hz/3 Phase; 440V/60Hz/3 Phase; 415V/50Hz/3 Phase.

Attention：

Circuit: pay attention to the cleaning of the circuit board, regularly clean the dust of the strong and weak electric box, keep the electric box dry and prevent moisture.
Oil path: check whether there is oil leakage in all parts of the oil road and deal with it in time. Prevent piston rod scratches and oil deterioration.
Machinery: check the transmission part of the machine for wear and tear, check each butter nozzle for blockage, and inject butter.
