The innovation of the roll forming technics

With the fast growing of output of iron and steel,new and key technologies were applied in roll forming products in order to decrease the pressure of environment and resource.To use the AHSS substitute for the mild steel and to use complex section substitute for the multi-combination sections as well as to use flexible variable forming substitute for the traditional fixed forming,3 key technologies are invented.The investigating the spring back and deformation energy of AHSS and simulating and optimal forming of complex section and flexible roll forming research are discussed.
